Surprises are great for birthday parties, or wedding proposals, or even gifts for special occasions! However, surprises can be a major headache when you’re trying to manage a project like a new fence installation. To make your experience as pain-free as possible, we put together this quick guide to outline our process, so you know what to expect at every stage.
Estimate and/or Quote
The first step to your new fence is getting a free estimate, which we will finalize into a quote. We will send you a custom quote for your review either by text link, Email, or regular mail by your preference.
Approval
Once you have read through your quote, you have the option to sign electronically, or print, sign, and return your quote by mail.
Permit
If your build requires a permit, it must be obtained before we can start your project. We will provide you with the proposed drawings if required.
We will obtain the permits on your behalf, if preferred, for an extra service fee of $50 plus permit cost.
Deposit
Depending on the project, up to a 50% deposit may be required before build.
Special order materials may vary in deposit amount and are non-refundable once materials are purchased.
Schedule
We will contact you prior to your build with an estimated installation date
Locate Services
We are required to call the public locate service, which will identify public utility lines. This is typically done 2-10 days prior to installation. There may be someone on your property marking lines with spray paint or flags.
Do not remove these lines or flags, they will be removed by our crew
Confirmation
We will call in the days leading up to the estimated start date to confirm your scheduled installation date.

Build Day
We ask you, or a representative on your behalf, be present at the start of the first day of installation to confirm the final layout and give final approval. This confirmation typically takes about 20 minutes, but can vary.
We will not start installation without this final approval
